The Consulting Consortium & Productivity Reports The Consulting Consortium is a group of five seasoned independent consultants whose consulting practices are focused on assisting entrepreneurs and senior managers at small and medium companies in dealing with the many issues involved in managing a growing business. We represent the different key management disciplines involved in all such businesses, regardless of industry: finance/accounting, marketing/public relations, systems/software, operational efficiency/performance and organizational effectiveness/reward systems.Productivity Reports is our quarterly complimentary newsletter whose primary purpose is to provide useful, practical ideas, solutions and approaches that can be directly applied to managing your business. Each issue includes articles by Consortium members, and in addition, we invite a guest author to contribute an article representing a different viewpoint or area of expertise.
